Let's actually get into the topic of how to start partner sales, also known as agency sales or whatsapp resource partner sales. You may have heard this often, but there is a problem of not being able to launch partner sales smoothly. Although it is simply called

partner sales, there are a wide variety of steps, from formulating agency strategies to developing, onboarding support, activation, and building relationships. Furthermore, it is not as straightforward as it sounds, as it requires a wide range of high business skills, such as the need to involve external partner companies and their staff (see Figure 9).
