Due to the limitations of the Federal Law on Games and Raffles of 1947, in 2004 the Regulations of the Federal Law on Games and Raffles were created, with the aim of providing better regulations, rules and definitions necessary for games and raffles throughout the country in accordance with the current reality.
This law consists of 153 articles divided into five Titles, with different Chapters. Each one details specific aspects of this legislation as we will see below:

Article 2

And the General Directorate of Games and Lotteries is the administrative body in charge of controlling, monitoring, processing and resolving matters related to compliance with the Law and the corresponding Regulations.
