How to add post creation restrictions in WordPress
By default, the plugin displays a "Message lithuania phone number limit exceeded" message when a user reaches the message limit. You can edit this message by typing in the "Text" field.

There are more advanced options you can change, but the default settings will work for most WordPress blogs.

Then, open the Role drop-down menu and select the user role for which you want to set restrictions. This can be a contributor, author, editor, etc.

The options you see may vary depending on the roles and permissions you create on your WordPress site. For example, if you use WooCommerce, you might see the "Store Manager" role.

After selecting your user role, use the Type drop-down menu to select the type of content you want to restrict.

You will see many different options such as Posts, Pages, Media, Navigation Menu, Custom CSS, Post Types/Content Types, and more.

Set rules for different content types in WordPress
At this point, open the "Period" drop-down menu and select the time range you want to use in the rule, such as days, years, months, or weeks.

Next, enter a number in the Limit field. For example, in the image below, we limit users with the author role to 5 posts per day.

Change post restriction settings
When you are satisfied with the rule configuration, click Save Changes.

You can add new project limits for different user roles. For example, you can set article limits for guest bloggers and then set higher limits for publishers.
