We are thrilled that you want to share your thoughts on a wide range of topics on our blog. We appreciate the diversity of perspectives that authors like you bring to the table.
While we receive many guest post requests, we cannot accept all of them. The following guidelines will walk you through the best practices for guest posting on our blog.
Our audience
Our audience consists of SaaS companies, eCommerce marketers, marketers, freelancers, sales teams, and digital agencies. All guest posts should be relevant to our common audience.
Our tone
Our blog speaks from an informative and authoritative point of view, but our tone is very conversational . Think of it as sharing valuable information with your friends and family. Use a second person perspective when writing.
Topics covered
Proposal Writing, Cold Emailing, Sales, Client Presentations, eCommerce, B2C, Lead Generation & Conversion, Marketing Ideas/Strategies, Social Media, Website Optimization, and Proposal Tools/Strategies/Ideas/Execution.
We only accept high-quality guest posts for our blog. If you would like to write a guest post that will be published on our blog, please follow these rules:
What we love
Articles that mimic our tone and writing style. Friendly, conversational, and informative.
Minimum 1500 words. (Don't add unnecessary fluff to try to achieve this goal)
Short introductions. Think 100 – 150 words. Do not add backlinks to this introduction .
Use titles, subtitles, and short paragraphs to share your points.
Contributions on topics we haven't already covered. Do a site search on Google site:websitename.com [topic]
An informative, concise, and well-researched article that adds value to our readers. Be objective. Don't try to sell anything.
Images
NO STOCK IMAGES ALLOWED. Article should include a minimum of vietnamese offer five (5) relevant screenshots or images that can bring value to our readers.
SEO and backlinks
When submitting a topic proposal, please indicate your target keyword and monthly search volume.
Include at least (5) internal links to other Prospero blog posts or pages and our other sites: Premio , Poptin , Clutch , and Cottages .
Only two outbound links to your site. Including the one in your author bio. Do not link to websites with DRs lower than 6 9.
If statistics and results are present, be sure to link and give credit to the original source, including charts and graphs, if applicable.
External links to sites other than your own can be used to cite images, show relevance, and include statistics. Don't try to earn backlinks for other sites by including too many .
Strictly NO promotional links. Links to blog posts/resources only . No links to product pages or home pages.
Add a meta description up to 160 characters.

Prospero reserves the right and authority to add, modify and remove any element from the article if we deem it applicable to our guidelines, standards and agreements.
Prospero also holds the final decision on when your guest post will be published.
