A representative of the press service of the user video platform Nuum noted that in the context of creating an association of Russian platforms, it is important to involve in cooperation not only platforms, but also authors of key content providers: "Such participation will strengthen trust in Russian technological solutions, make financial transactions more transparent and bring them into the legal field."

Olga Okulova, CEO of T-Data cameroon whatsapp number databa se LLC (part of T1 holding), said that there are currently several types of platforms on the market: government, entertainment, financial, information, marketplaces, etc.: "These are completely different businesses, but they have common characteristics - they work with a large number of users in the Internet space. Hence the common problems: it is necessary to ensure the security of personal data, payments and content. Therefore, the creation of an association of Russian platforms can help their owners in developing uniform standards for user identification, working out legal restrictions and monitoring posted content using the latest technologies. The presence of an association will focus the efforts of key participants and apply the accumulated experience to accelerate the promotion of platforms among users."

AiLine Softline Digital (PJSC Softline), believes that another common goal of the association members could be to increase the digital literacy of potential users of domestic platforms: "This year, there has been a lot of talk about the digitalization of industry and other sectors of the economy, but many industries are not yet aware of ready-made IT solutions developed for them. The association can engage in such educational campaigns. In addition, I would like to hope that the creation of the association will open up opportunities for mutual support of business and growth of the Russian platform market."

Mikhail Bocharov, Deputy Director General for Research at SiSoft Development, believes that creating an association of Russian platforms is an interesting proposal and the right direction. "But there are already ARPP Domestic Software and Russoft. Is it worth creating entities or going down the path of integration? And another nuance: is it worth trusting such a matter to associations? A state structure is more reliable and more nationally oriented, especially since in addition to benchmarks, we need to change a lot in the organization of domestic software creation," Mikhail Bocharov noted.

Denis Kuskov, CEO of TelecomDaily LLC, believes that 90% of associations do not have any ideology: "For the industry to function effectively, legislative aspects are needed, which are determined by the Ministry of Digital Development. The creation of another association, in addition to the existing Russoft association and many others related to software, raises questions. Why create a new organization if it can complicate the work of others? I believe that there is a need to develop uniform standards, but this does not require the formation of a separate association. I am convinced that all this can be accomplished without its creation."
