Once your Discovery campaign is launched, you can track results in the Google Ads dashboard or reporting interface. When you attach a product feed to a Discovery campaign, you can get product-level reporting.
To access this data from the Google Ads dashboard, select "Products" in the left menu. Adjust the report time range and adjust the columns as needed.
Note that this product report automatically includes results from all campaigns that contain product feeds, which may include Shopping and Performance Maximization campaigns. To see a specific Discovery campaign, use the campaign filter to remove all other campaigns.
Then view product-related conversions, clicks, and impressions. You can use cost-per-click and cost-per-result metrics to better understand which products are delivering the best results for your Discovery campaigns. Consider removing underperforming products from your ads, updating ad copy, or creating more targeted ads for specific product groups.

If your Google Ads account supports conversion lift, you can enable this measurement analysis when you start running a Discovery campaign. With Conversion Lift, you can measure your campaign's contribution to conversions to more accurately attribute results.
