With Vietnam’s success in containing COVID-19, businesses and consumers alike are eager to get more active in 2021. The combination of a young population and rising internet penetration has the power to create considerable momentum. But until things become more fully normal, marketers will need to focus on what’s working now. Three good places to start are: video, online events, and podcasts.
