1. What is the biggest challenge you have faced as a leader and how did you overcome it?
Currently, my biggest challenge is learning how to manage a team of people, where I know each member's work very well and where together we can be in harmony and improve the quality of our service on a daily basis. As we continue working together, I am sure that we will overcome these challenges.
2. How would you describe the impact your role has on the company and the work team?
I believe that my role has a positive impact on the company malaysian whatsapp number and the team. I believe that they go hand in hand, since a well-functioning team with the necessary knowledge contributes to improving the team's efficiency, and this efficiency in turn allows projects to be carried out that benefit the company and its clients.
3. What is your long-term vision for your career in the company?
At Walmeric I have been changing positions. I started as a front-end programmer in the Operations department. When the innovative Dastia project came out, I left operations and now I am returning to operations as head of the front-end technical team. In the future, I would like to occupy a position in which I can innovate, learn and grow both professionally and personally.
4. What advice would you give to other women who aspire to leadership positions in the company?
That everything is possible, that they should trust in themselves, that they should value their work and their abilities. At Walmeric they will always have people who will help them and accompany them on their journey.
