Nikolay Andreyev also shared that, in his opinion, the chances of challenging the fine are not so great. "There is a practice whereby foreign digital platforms and services, such as Google, receive very significant fines, including due to their unwillingness to comply with the orders of Russian regulatory authorities. Based on the available information, a similar case may occur here," he explained.
