New headquarters and overcoming the pandemic

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to accommodate the growing Global team, which at the time already consisted of almost 400 employees. We moved to the Neogrid unit and expanded our ecosystem and our presence in the digital world.

In 2020, we faced the coronavirus pandemic along with the rest of the planet. These were challenging times, but fortunately, we were able to adapt to working from home and maintained our dedication and desire to make it happen. Thanks to this resilience, we went through such a difficult time with our heads held high and overcame this chapter.

Still in the first year of the pandemic, in October, we moved to the belize phone number list where we are today, on Rua Papa João XXIII in Joinville SC, a space that today houses all of our sectors.

The construction of the ecosystem
Amidst physical changes, we also began to expand our operations beyond billing. As we mentioned before, Gestão One was founded in 2010 and took us to a new level, which is customer relations.

In the following years, we acquired Connect Smart Data , a specialist in market intelligence, founded Neocredit , a startup focused on credit analysis, formed a partnership with Opera Capital , a company focused on working capital, and acquired Ponto Cob and My Loop , a CRM for collections and a technology company focused on communication, respectively.

These foundations, acquisitions and partnerships have allowed us to strengthen our brand in the market and to offer comprehensive services to our clients that encompass all stages of the financial cycle, placing us as the right-hand man of companies' financial teams.

Global in the new era
We continue with our expansion project, now with new operational units in Araquari SC and Rio Negro PR. In this time, we have grown to more than 900 employees spread across 4 operational units.

With our ecosystem, we are constantly learning about new markets, new solutions and new times. We are experienced, but never outdated – this is how we have continued to evolve for 30 years and maintain the main players in the Brazilian market as our clients.
