We start to worry – so much work has been done

Post by sumaiyakhatun26 »

I really wanted to present the logo and identity options in person, but it turned out that at that moment our teams were in different cities... We had to use Zoom. During the presentation, we always closely monitor the client's reaction, assess the mood of each team member - emotions speak louder than words. And then the time comes for feedback, colleagues from the client's side do not mince words... "Wow! Cool!" - they shout. "The logos turned out really cool! This is what we need!" We ourselves are delighted, hurray, our concepts hit the mark... And then, like in a joke, a project stakeholder takes the floor and says: "Everything is cool, but we need to redo it. Something is wrong."

We ask questions about what exactly we don’t like, where did we miss the mark? It hong kong email list turns out that we missed everything except the taste of the decision maker. We argue on the fly why our concepts are a working story. We try to defend them and offer to look at them in other colors. We leave to finish, but still don’t hit the ideal image of the client…

Was it really in vain?! We make an unprecedented decision to involve a new creative team so that work on the identity can start from scratch… At the same time, my colleague draws another concept. And at the second presentation – oh miracle! – the client says, it’s it! Super, the idea is a hit, we agree on it and start developing the brand book.

We meet with the client again, discuss the format of the brand book, whether it will be printed or only electronic, what sections, in addition to the standard ones, should appear, what media we will develop.
