User Experience within Inbound Marketing

Nowadays, a product that is not "usable" automatically ceases to be viable and saleable. Today, not enough resources are devoted to thinking from the user's perspective, which leads to unforeseen failures in the development of projects in the testing phase or even in the exploitation phase.

From an Inbound Marketing perspective , we find that we need users to feel comfortable with where we present our content. The Inbound Methodology focuses on a concept called User Experience ( or UX ) and emphasizes its importance.

The objectives of user experience are mainly three:

The user experience begins before the user starts using the product, at the moment when expectations about the product are created or desires are formulated. On the other hand, the user experience does not end when the interaction ends, since this experience, which may be more or less memorable, conditions the user's subsequent evaluation of the product, an evaluation that may be modified over time with the use of other products.
Expansion of the concept of usability as a quality attribute . While ease of use remains a central concept in user experience , from this perspective it is understood that it is not the only determinant of product quality and acceptance , since emotions, fun, usefulness or pleasure of use also play a crucial role.
Expanding the boundaries of the discipline . UX acts as an “umbrella” for disciplines such as Ergonomics, Computer Science, Psychology, Linguistics, Communication Sciences, Graphic Design, Social Sciences, etc.
