What are the main types of corporate events that exist?

Post by bitheerani319 »

When you think of a corporate or business event, you probably think of an auditorium full of people, or a big dinner for all the company's employees.
But the truth is that there is more to these classic models.
There are an infinite number of possibilities that will optimally adapt to your needs and your community.
Let's see which ones are the most well-known:

Traveling events or Road Shows
Without a doubt, they are the perfect idea for presenting a product at a colombia phone number list or international level that needs to reach a very wide audience and that, surely, will not travel.

Meetings with the press
A press conference can become a corporate event when it is the commemoration of something very special, such as the anniversary of a brand.

Retreat
The main goal of this type of event is to focus on creating an internal community within the company.
There is no commercial interest behind it, as the only thing that is intended is to create "team building" situations and break away from the daily routine of the office, in order to reward the team members for their work.

Workshop
It is usually for a few people and of a smaller size, with the aim of learning how to do something. What is expected of a workshop is that it is more practical than theoretical.

Congress
This is another very common type of event, lasting more than 1-2 days, which brings together many people from the same sector under the same purpose.
You can find examples such as HubSpot's "Inbound", where a giant venue becomes an incredible show for 4 days with a large community of people, stands, conferences, meetings, food points, etc.

Conference
This is probably the most classic format of a corporate event. It is usually held in an auditorium with several speakers expressing their knowledge.
Here the sense of community is very focused on learning.

Forums
Discussion spaces where all attendees participate. This type of annual event requires the role of a moderator and usually works well if there have been some conferences beforehand that give way to the debate.
